When you create an account, we store your email address, name, and the business context you provide during onboarding (what you sell, your ideal buyer, and the pain you solve). When you run enrichments, we store the resulting reports linked to your account.
Your business context is used solely to personalise your intelligence reports. We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising. Your enrichment data is never shared with other users.
We use Clerk for authentication, Stripe for billing, Supabase for data storage, and Anthropic (Claude) for AI analysis. Each of these services has their own privacy policies. We send the minimum data necessary to each service.
Your account data and reports are retained as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by emailing support@leadheavy.io.
