LeadHeavy provides B2B company intelligence reports generated using publicly available data and AI analysis. Reports are personalised based on the business context you provide. The service is provided “as is” — while we strive for accuracy, AI-generated intelligence may contain errors or incomplete information.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. One person per account. Sharing accounts or API keys is not permitted. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Paid plans are billed monthly. You can cancel at any time from your account settings — access continues until the end of your billing period. Overage charges (Growth and Agency tiers) are billed at the end of each cycle based on actual usage. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
You may use LeadHeavy for legitimate business development and sales purposes. You may not use the service to harass, spam, or engage in any unlawful activity. Automated scraping of the service beyond the provided API is not permitted.
LeadHeavy is not liable for business decisions made based on our reports. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.
